uhms.. i dont have any experience doing this, but id have to say that itll be tough and very agrivating... to cut both bumpers straight and then run fiberglass on it and then hours of sanding to perfection... itll be hard man ive just finish a 91 240sx with a fiberglass s15 silvia front end and its a pain... IMHO it doesnt even look that great of a mod... i should have just went with a s13 front end like everyone esle but back to the main point itll be a lot of work and the hardest thing to do isnt the sanding but the clean straight edge cutting.

Polyester resin doesnt stick too well to ABS plastic.

just cut them both, and line them up as how you would like it, use a measuring tape, after that go buy the fiberglass and etc... lay the fiber glass over them both as how you would like them and wait for dry, once its dry sand it down and etc... you will have to put more than one layer of fiberglass on it, jsut keep sanding and applying until its nice and smooth... after that just primer it up and paint it...

matter of fact, kiwi just sent me a nice tell on one of my other post about corolla, and there was a guy that fitted the 8th gen corolla front bumper on, so you can prolly just buy a 7th or 8th gen bumper and drill in the new holes to install it on your 6th gen... let me find the link.

Obviously my post was skipped, polyester resin isnt going to stick on ABS plastic, so your bumper is going to separate into two pieces from the first hit. Only way to get a good quality bumper is to get it either plastic welded or then make a plug from the two bumpers and make a mold from fiberglass and use that to make the bumper.

this man is correct... remeber im talking about fiberglass to fiberglass from my experience... so Flashmn gave you some options, but your more than welcome to try it out on our own, lol you can even make a write up about it, just take lots of pics while doing it.

Anytime you "fix" a flexible body part with a rigid repair (like fiberglass), it WILL crack and look like crap over time. It may look good for a short time.
