Back after a long break...
Hey guys,
I haven't been on the site in a super long time, just thinking reminiscing about my old Corolla. I loved that car, and as far as I know it was one of the only ae92's with a 3SGTE in it. Has anyone made any progress in the last year or two with one? I've been thinking about getting another one of these cars lately. I gotta buy a house in the spring first, so I have somewhere to put it. Currently I am driving an 03 Eclipse I bought last spring, 2.4L 4 cyl, would also like to turbo that car, but we'll see how she goes. Done a lot of research on it so far, but not nearly enough. It's parked for the winter, in storage for now. Sometimes I wish I would have kept the Corolla, and fixed the problems, but in the end there was just too much to do, and I would have had to start from scratch to build it properly. Miss the folks around here though, forums here were always helpful and friendly. Probably stick around a bit more now... main thing is though I would like to know if anyone else has attempted the 3sgte swap at all. When I had mine I didn't know as much as I do now (after getting into the trade and going to school for a full year so far), but there still wasn't as much info out there. Anyways, thought I would poke my head in and see whats up!
