Wire & Part Identification

Can someone help identify these wires / parts? I've clearly got some dangling issues after the re-build.

where are these wires supposed to go?

Also, what is the sensor part bolted to the end of the intake? I broke the plastic piece that connects to the hose....

Looked at the wiring on my 90 4AFE for comparison. The drivers side wiring must have been added for an aftermarket accessory (alarm etc) as it's not on mine. The wiring on passenger side (red group with lug) looks like it would go to a ground spot on manifold but just a guess as didn't see it on mine although obviously part of factory wire loom. I would be cautious of grounding it until absolutely sure of it's location to avoid problems. Any issues with the electrical system as in warning lights on (or not lighting with key turned to on prior to starting) )? My guess on the part you broke at end of manifold controls idle up with accessory load (a/c high beams/ power steering etc).

Is that the original engine from your All-Trac wagon? That intake manifold looks different than my 4A-FE's... especially note the end where you have a blue connector, and mine only has that round end bit. And yours has shorter runners going to the head.

@ 90 GP: yeah, I found the ground spot for the red wire...short bolt + nut combo i forgot to hookup on the re-install.

I don't know what is after market on this car. I thought the intake was original.
