What do you think you will gain? What do you want to change with that cylinderblock? Compression ratio? And what are your plans for the head?
I think you haven't really done much research into this yet right?

Because it will fit alright, because they both use basically the same cylinderblock!
(only diffenence is the cranckshaft that has 6 bolt for the flywheel instead of the 8 bolt that the 4A-GE uses)

So the answer to your question is:
You don't have to change a thing, it will all fit perfectly together.

And about the computer: If you are going with the (carbed) 4A-F head, you don't even have to use a computer
If you are talking about putting and EFI (electronic fuel injection) on your 4A-F head. Don't bother. Toyota has already done all the work for you!
Just buy a 4A-FE.

It has basically the same cylinderblock as the 4A-GE uses and has the 4A-F head with fuel injection.

Isn't there carb kits for fuel injections? Or something like that...

You might just well take that Ported & Polish 4AF head and stick it onto the block you have in your car now. They're virtually all the same block.

I will be frank with you.

1- you will not be building a 4age when you put your 4af head on a 4age block. It will still be a 4af with slightly higher c/r.

2- 4age will out flow your "port and polish" 4af head.

3- if you swap on a 8 bolt fly 4age block, you would have to get matching flywheel, clutch and pp and a few lil bits. In my opinion in the end the costs will out weigh the gains.

4- in your first post you asked about computer choice and then you say you don't wanna go efi ?

5- can you tune carbs ?
