20V swap issues

So I've had a bunch of problems with the 4A-F turbo, to the point that I'm so frigging fed up with everything falling apart one after the other and lack of supplies (getting charge pipes done is going to cost me 1/3 of the swap so is there any point in that?) Plus reliability is shitty, so far I've crapped out my car twice in the middle of nowhere due to ignition screwing up and one time I had my injector O-rings start to leak (while dynoing, safe ).

Sure its nice to have a 200hp 4A-F engined car, but...

...in order for me to drive to work reliabliy, bosses dont really like excuses "well my car stalled, I'll be 2hours late" I need to do something else

...Plus my car is in my parents garage and they're not really liking it staying there forever, so they gave me an ultimatum to get it out.

I'm really considering a 20V swap. So what are the main issues I might bump into doing it?
-Clutchwise
-Wiring
-Other issues

wiring is going to be the same as any swap... you just have to merge the harnesses.

you already have a electric fuel pump, so that's not an issue...

power steering if you're planning on running it is on the wrong side of the block, and doesn't have a built in reservoir, so you'd have to get parts from an AE92 that has a 4A-GE (longer lines w/ a remote reservoir)

I've never been sure what the deal was with the clutch differences, I assume the 20V has the 212mm clutch (or whatever the bigger one is...) I just swapped the whole engine/trans over w/ the clutch it had. the flywheel has a different bolt pattern which is the main difference.

you also have to hook the spd sensor in the gauge cluster up to the 20V ECU for it to not run in limp mode. the 4AF doesn't originally have the SPD wire going to the ECU.

that's all I can think of currently...

I was looking into more detailed stuff. I'll be using the C52 tranny in any case, so more like what pressureplate should I use with the clutch and what clutch disk to use. Yeah I know 8 bolts vs 6 bolts on the flywheel.

As for powersteering, naah, I have "manual" steering on my car.

Ah shit, thats gonna cause a headache. Any info on rerouting it with a resistor or hacking the ECU?

Silvertops came stock with C52 until the mid-cycle refresh, so you're fine, everything should bolt up as long as the diameter on the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel are all the same.

The stock gauge cluster already has a speed sensor (on the speedo). On my car there was a pre-wired plug for cruise control even though I didn't have it so I yanked the speed wire off that. It was in the passenger side footwell on the right-side (right in front of the door)

Here is a thread that tells you where all the vacuum lines go:
