Crankshaft the same for Auto & Manual 4AFEs?

Looking to replace the engine in a 4AFE '92 Corolla 5 speed manual. Will an engine from an automatic work ok? In other wrods is the end of the crankshaft the same on engines that are used with automatics as the ones used with manual transmissions? All I need to do is just swap the ring gear from the automatic with the flywheel on the manual?

yupp itll work, the only thing different from a auto and a manual engine is the flywheel, just change that and itll be a smooth process...
