if you get the right size wheel you don't need a spacer... without messing with camber a 15x7 +35 is nice

camber is the angle of the wheel, as viewed from the front of the car. changing the camber will change where the top of the wheel sits so it'll change how close it is to the edge of the fender.

Offset is where the center of the wheel is in relation to it's width.

15x7 +35:

In my opinion you would have to go a Lil negative on the offset to get a nice lip going. Not pos or 0.
That's just my opinion though.
Prolly 15x8 -15 or something of that nature.

+25mm on a 8" wheel will be flush although i feel the fronts could do +20 and rears could do with a +15 or +10 (rolled rear fenders of course). +10 on a 7" wheel. the only wheel spacers i've ever trusted are H&R's. depending on the wheel setup just add and subtract the offset untill you get close to those specs. 195/50's or 205/50's are the tire combos that would work best with these offsets.

if your trying to go for the jdm fanboy look with the uber negative camber im not sure what offset you would want to run. the best performance option would be to run as wide a wheel as you can with proper backspacing.

rolled fenders is when you get rid of your rear or front fender lip. (most the time rear, since the fronts are a bit tricky due to the flimsy front fender design) reason you wanna get rid of the fender lip is because when your car is lowered with lower offset wheels = THUMP!!!! everytime you hit a bump.

http://www.rollyourfender.com/instruction.html
using one of these tools should yeild the best result, (BAD ADVICE->) of course you can use a basball bat or a metal rod, it will do the job also. not as good a job but it works. however with the fender roller you can use one hand to heat the fender paint with a heat gun and one hand to move the roller. its safe for me to say about 90% of the time a fender roller does not break and chip paint when paired properly with a heat gun. a baseball bat or metal rod will chip paint prob most the time, (dont ask me how i know).

this is my car with +25mm 15x8 axis OG's. you should be able to see it, notice how there is no rear fender lip anymore. this is what im talking about.
