advice with some harness issues

hello,
i am trying to do an engine swap-- putting a 4afe into an old tercel 4wd station wagon that had the 4ac...read and researched the job from putting it in, but i h=am having some issues with the actual removal of the stuff from the donor prizm....
i feel pretty dumb-- where IS the computer at?
i have not quite got the engine loose, close, but not quite done with the harness, ps pump, and ac....pulling the whole engine and tranny and seperating them on the ground.

anyways, any advice on where the puter is, and just how much of the harness i need?

i figure i will get the mechanicals out and hopefully you guys can save me some time on the harness!!

i got the engine and trans out today, and the harness to the firewall...
are there any parts on a prizm worth saving?

found the puter, way up close to the firewall on the tunnel. good thing this is not going back together!!
