I think I'm becoming a permanent shade tree mechanic! I feel like I spend more time fixing my 5 family cars than on my day job

. Anyway, I just got done replacing cv joints on my son's 92 corolla automatic and now the starter won't even turn over. I turn the key and hear two clicks; one under the center dash, below the radio, and one from the fuse box next to the battery - that one I believe is coming from a brown relay 90987-02006. I've done some troubleshooting, including swapping with a known good battery and sanding done the battery terminals & metal contacts. I reseated all the relays and the fuses look good. I even tried to rap the starter solenoid with a hammer while someone turns the key. The car has been sitting for a month, but started fine before. Are these clicks an indication that the starter solenoid is bad or a bad starter relay?
