cheap AE100 header on AE92

Would this work for my 91 rolla with the 4afe. not using stock exhaust.

if i were you, go to the junk yard, pick up a header, take it home and fit it. if it fits then MOST LIKELY it will bolt on, the only problem you might run into is the pipe placing. although very similar it MIGHT not be an exact route. also. the o2 sensor might pose a problem. there is a tread around here on how to convert. somewhere.

I can almost guarantee the bolts on the head won't match up, the ports won't line up... But I'm only basing this off a 1.6L vs. 1.8L.

i know for a fact the head bolts and ports will line up, they both use a fe head. im only worried about the bottom cross member and the length of the header as sitting to low. thoughs.

Get a right-angle ruler thing (those L thingies) and just measure the height of the two, then - I'd say. Mainly cuz I can't find any references to the two fitting and have never tried myself.
