IIRC you indeed need the 2 rearmost controll bars. Or cut the rearmist bushing on the upright to accomodate the drum rear controll bar. The front 2 shoud be the same as the ones you have right now. At least that's the case in Europe and Australia. I suppose the same can be said about North America.
Futhermore, you need the uprights, bearing carrier, discs & pads, calipers and e-brake cables and some fresh brake fluid since you need to bleed your brake system after the conversion.
If you're planning to overhaul your rear calipers you also need a special tool obtainable from your dealer (was €18,- so that makes about $25,- or so). I don't have the part number here but I can find it it you need to. Just leave me a message in that case.
Good luck!

frankly I would just get the whole rear sub frame. it's easier.
the front 2 latteral links are slightly different, but you can use the drum ones, but if you ever install super pro bushings you'll need the GT-S links because the bushing is a different side on the subframe side.
the GT-S subframe also has an extra support that I can only imagine is there for a reason...

Yea, sounds like that nova has a 4AGE in it. That was the only year the nova came with it. From what others have found here on the forum, (I believe it was username ayang), the AE82 disc brakes don't fit an AE92 without modification. You'd better check that out before spending effort to remove them.
yea it did have a complete 4age seating under the hood, and yes it was a nova, prizm didn't come around till 89 i believe, and well i was hoping to get the brakes off it but if they don't fit i don't want to bother with it, it even had kyb gr-2s in the rear

Well I could be mistaken, but if you take the struts with them, they may fit. I coiuld be wrong, it depends if the struts fit on the top. I think the problem was the bolt spacing on the knuckle/hub was different than the AE92 strut.
the only problem i saw it that they had no sway bar mount like mine does, and i have a rear sway bar and would like to keep it hooked up, to me it did look like it would be the knuckles lateral links might not bolt up right
