won't start when cold FIX

So I thought I could let people know about this in case it happens to any of you. My car wasn't starting in the am, it would start fine in the afternoons but when cold it would not start. Being that I'm in florida it would work fine some of you are in colder climate which may have the problem thru out the entire day. anyways I would start the car and it will turn over and would turn on but then it would just cut off like there was no gas. checked the bat. altornator, distributer, sensor, i mean nothing worked. I would hear a knock or a kinda clap coming from the Mass Flow sensor. I replaced it and boom! car started in the AM like nothin. I don't understand how the temp and that even work side by side but that did the trick.

how I came to this from hearing the clap noise I asked my buddy to crank the car while I tapped the top of that sensor with the end of a screw driver and it turned on, we had to keep the accelerator down to warm it up but it worked. than because I was more curious I took that top off the sensor and saw what it did when it was warm and noticed a difference when cold. replaced and good as new!!!!
