carb modification

Hi guys again I'm getting sick of my car always having to fiddle with the air screw and idle screw.I want to now take the pan off the carb and put in a mushroom filter and a small filter by the tapped cover.bt what else do I need or what else must I do?

If you are putting a new air intake on you will need to disconnect a large rubber hose that runs from the back of the stock air cleaner to the cat (did it on my car and just plugged the hose). There is also a little vac line that runs up the side of the air cleaner and attaches to a flap near the exhaust to allow the car to take in warm air when its cold out. just disconnect that and plug it. Other then that it should be fairly easy.
