Check out the condition of the rubber hoses going to calipers, rear wheel cylinders, make sure rear shoes are adjusted properly in the rear and bleed it again. Was it like this prior to all the parts were installed? Could also be a dud master cylinder even though new. Did you get alot of air out when bleeding?

the hoses look fine no cracks or leaks, it was this way before everything got replaced i i'm thinking about rebleeding them tomorrow if the rain lets up and re checking the rear adjustment again for the 3rd time, idk maybe i'm not adjusting it to were its suppose to be, and yes alot of air did come out i even bench bled the master cyl before putting it in

Check all the metal lines front to back for any wet spots(pin holes) and check and or replace rear wheel cylinders. If you have adjusted rear shoes twice can likely rule that out. Are you bleeding it with a helper or by yourself with a hand held vac pump? If using the hand vac pump suggest using a helper .

i'll check for holes and leaks in the lines, and i do it with a helper everytime, but the last time my helper wasn't a very good listener

was this a problem before you replaced the parts?

Very well could be the master cylinder....

A couple of questions…

When it failed was it a sudden failure or a gradual loss of stopping/braking ?

Are you seeing (hearing) any air when bleeding the fittings ?

There should be some resistance even with miss-adjusted shoes ?

Have you inspected the mechanical side (linkage) of the pedal to the master cylinder ?

it kinda felt like one day it went farther down then usual, i was starting to think the pedal might be a problem and maybe its not adjusted right, i rebleed the system and it got firmer but still at the same spot as before

Manually adjust the rear brake shoes closer to the drum until you can just hear the slightest rub as you turn the drum by hand.
