Vent visors??

I Used to HATE Vent visors / wind deflectors but after searching my local craigslist to see if i could pick up another Sedan for $500 I saw this

The guy's posts says he wants $2700 and has done a tune-up, new wheels and tires. and lowering springs and blah blah blah. I would only offer $1200 to him, but a couple of things came up.
-no mention of trans type = im lookin for a manual
-he most likely believes that his car is a late model corolla.

I really wish people would realize that just because you throw money into a car to a certain extent, that makes the value rise. when in fact ORIGINALITY is what makes value rise.

BUT ANYWAY back to my point, I really dont want to buy them, but i know i will anyway -_- So the Vent Visors are interesting. I would like to know if anyone knows where i could get em, cause ive searched and ive found, but i feel its best to ask the forum where they got THEIRS. and the quality of it. i REALLY want just the rear Vent visor! I LIKE IT! and it will match my car! so anyone have em and willing to do a quick review? and tell me where they got em? and if your selling i'd be interested ;] especially for ALL 5 pieces if possible.

also i have thought about asking the guy to buy his vent visors, but his location is kinda far from where im located. im too lazy to drive that far and spend the gas. so ehhh.

BTW if anyone is in Houston, Texas and is interested
here's the link to that car:

http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/2451109765.html

thanks TN

Ask this guy. He installed a set a little while ago:
AE92 sedan Project...

I sold a genuine OEM set to a guy in the US a few weeks ago. Might be able to get more though:

About how much did they cost?

Would you be able to get these for an AE95 wagon (Sprinter Carib, Corolla All-Trac / 4WD, whatever you would call it). They aren't available from US dealers from what I've heard. But you lucky guys can get them...

They were $150 NZD ($124 USD) for all four from a wrecker. There's actually an AE95 Carib wagon at my local junkyard right now but a couple of the wind deflectors are broken . The front ones are identical to the sedan, but the rear ones are longer and don't curve down at the back. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more

Cool . Yeah using clips would definitely be a good idea. The OEM ones that I posted a photo of are held in with clips, as well as being held on by double sided tape.

Here's a photo of the clips. I may even be able to get you some original ones off the Carib if you can't find anything suitable:

The OEM clips get held in by sliding underneath the piece of rubber on the edge of the door. They hold in there very firmly however and take a bit of effort to get out.

Ohh, they're clicked into place on the visors. Each visor has 3 small rectangular holes for the clips to go into. The circular holes at the end of each clip don't have anything to do with the way it mounts. The circular holes might be there to allow water to drain, so that it doesn't sit there and rust out the clips.

Window visors are awesome in my opinion. They really improve the look of the car while also serving a purpose. I always prefer to have my drivers window down a little bit to let fresh air in, so it's good to not have unwanted rain and wind entering at the same time. The huge oversized ones are definitely grandpa spec however
