80%! No way.
Try 2 -4 degrees., that'll be OK.

hehe sorry i cant explain it right.. so im looking at the bolt.. for example 50 is the center. so i raise it at 75 something like that.. so when im driving and press the accelerator gently it got power. the rpm raise quick.. but when i put it on 50 or 40 for example i feel its underpowered and the engine too slow to response and i have to press the accelerator deeply to raise the rpm.. im happy at the engine performance right now.. so what do you think guys? if its ok to the engine?.. should i lower it a little? gas millage?..

To set it properly you need timing light and plug vac lines at vac advance and any other requirements prior to adjusting it (see spec label on underside of hood). Using timing light you can adjust it within that 2-4 degree range of the factory spec stated on the label. If you alter it too much you risk engine pinging. If it is set to factory spec and everything else is set to spec on engine it should perform well without needing further adjustment.
