Where can i get a constant 12v for my cd player?

i need to find a constant 12v connection to hook up my cd player... the yellow wire doesnt seem to be putting out the 12v so i have the red and yellow wire hooked up to just the red wire(only way deck will fire up).... but this way whenever i turn off the car the radio gets reset and i lose all my previous settings..

so i need to find a constant 12volt source but where?? it doesnt seem like any of the fuses has a constant 12volt... not sure if any of the fuses in the engine bay does

well for some reason the blue and yellow wire didnt put out the 12volt signal... i had to tap into the ignition wire to get a 12volt... wonder why, the radio fuse looked good..

The emergency light switch is the easiest place to get a constant 12v feed from.
