Yesterday morning, on my way to work, I broke my GT-S.
Doing about 65, I hit a deep stream running accross an off ramp. The rear end snapped out, and all I could do was hang on for the ride.
The left front, then the left rear, hit the right side guard rail as the car spun around, making a full 360 degree spin. It is driveable, but the estimate on just labor to repair it, is more than twice it's value.
Not sure yet what I will replace it with. Maybe an AE92 sedan, and swap over the suspension and brakes and build a 4 Door GT-S. Maybe get an AE111. Still not decided.

Modification: Changing something to what you thought it should have been from the start!
i vote a 4dr gts too thats what i did with mine except mine was T-boned on the pass side 0_0 it's easy and you have everything you need i mean everything pretty much fits on the four door. it just takes time. Sorry about your lost man but use this lost as inspiration and let her LIVE ON in another form
damn I shed a tear... :'( hope ur OK from the accident...
Its sad to see these cars go. Not many have them or know about them.
I say do the 4dr gts... definitely go for a ae111. I would try and find ways to incorporate parts from the gts not just suspension and brakes ect. But like the rear view mirrors and the spoiler. I'd even use the badges and factory gts decals
do like the Subaru commercial and take the shift knob.

I did last winter... I half put mine back together. It has a CF hood, but it's still missing a head light and has 1 mangled fender. luckily nothing was bent up too bad and was able to bend stuff back into shape.
