car performs better while its still cold/warming up

what ya think is wrong with it? it makes me want to put the old thermostat back in that was stuck in cold position lol.. this car does take long to warm up, not sure if its suposed to be like that or not..

when i say performs better i mean it has better acceleration, so i guess when its fully warm you can say it has a bit of a loss of power

Assuming it's carbureted maybe it needs a tune? It might be running lean after getting out of warm up enrichments(sorry, I'm an EFI guy).

Smooth driving is comfortable and easy. It is also FAST(though not comfortable at speed). I don't care if you apex corners(everyone does) on a public road unless you suck at it(everyone). Hold a proper line or get out of my way.

yup its carbed, how can i tune this thing up? do i need to bring it to a carb specialist?

Probably. You need to know what you're doing before tuning but I'm sure someone on here can help.

for a tune up i did change out almost everything, fuel filter, plugs and wires, all fluid changes, but im sure u mean a tuning up the carburater. i did just replace an alternator so hoping it could be that.

Yeah, an actual tune up like they did before EFI; Manually adjusting fuel trims
