'89, is that carb or FI?
Whichever it is, you should be able to get it from Advance Auto Parts, Auto Zone, O'Reileys, Car Quest or Pep Boys.
It won't do you any good to upgrade to a high pressure or folw, as the stock pump is more than capable of delivering what your engine needs.

Modification: Changing something to what you thought it should have been from the start!

'89 is carbed, the fuel pump is mounted on the engine... any OEM replacement pump will work fine.

Are you sure it's the pump though? It's a mechanical pump driven by the cam shaft on the engine, not an electric pump like most cars.
