will a 4agze motor and trans out of a mr2 or anything else fit in my qe92 gts

only motor. trans you'll need to mod. axles won't fit you'll need jdm hubs with axles i think. motor might not clear hood cuz of intercooler. and you should take all the plugs/connector from the mr2 igniter. you'll need ae92 its ps lines i think too

You are correct about modding the gearbox, but I think you are wrong about the axle shafts. They will fit.

The intercooler will require some engineering. Either you run piping for a front mount intercooler, or cut an opening in the hood and add a hood scoop.

I think the MR-2 intercooler will clear the hood, but you will need to at least have louvers in the hood for air flow. I have seen a photo of one where the battery was moved to the trunk, louvers were cun in the hood, and a fan was mounted below the intercooler to suck air through it.
