ok i'm gonna pull the bottom double din pocket, install a clarion touchscreen, and pull the upper single din unit and drop in 3 glowshift gauges.....does anyone already have this done and can post pics?

will the harness reach that low into the dash? and how did you get the headunit to stay in there with no bracket? or if so....what bracket did you use?

Can you just use the double DIN brackets that are already in there? Or modify them to work? I'm not sure if they would match up with stereo brackets like the upper single DIN brackets. A couple of months ago, I had temporarily swapped my stereo with the single DIN storage tray in the lower part of the dash. (All-Trac differential lock button takes up one DIN in that space.) Below is a pic of the left side double DIN bracket (at least, the left one from an All-Trac):

i dont see why the oem one wouldnt work. it should be fine....but i just wanted to be sure.
