USA Fuse Help!

I have an 88 Corolla, and my brake lights won't work anymore. I'm pretty sure its because the fuse (on the driver side kick panel) melted into the box, and i can't get the old one all the way out, plus it is now so warped that I don't think i could put a new fuse in.
Any ideas on how to fix this, or how to get a new fuse box?
Also if anyone has the kick box diagram that would be great as I don't have one.

Thanks for all the help.

shoot me a text for that diagram on the fuse panel. and as far as replacing the fuse panel, its not hard. unbolt.....and then unplug all the rear connectors.
