Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Canada Posts: 4,286 Gameroom cash: $15500 Thanks: 0 Thanked 4 Times in 4 Posts	macpherson strut should only need the 3 nuts on the top, 2 bolts at the bottom disconnect the brake line from the strut and remove. as for taking the spring out. DO NOT do it without a spring compressor as it's under load so removing that nut at the top will probably end up with you hurt. If you don't want to mess with it a shop can do it for you.
