However, I will attempt to answer your questions.

1) If you route your RCA cables on the passenger side of the car, make sure your power cable for the amp is on the opposite side, or else you will have audible interference while listening to music. To get them to your radio, pull headunit out, pop of the center console trim piece off. There should be screws on the inner plastic kick panel on the passenger side (the one near your left foot sitting in the passenger seat). Take out any screws on the face of the panel. It may also be attatched to the center console piece around the shifter. Once you get that off, you should have enough access to route the cables behind the center console.

2) I don't think there's anything pre drilled.

3)No. At least that I know. 4" fit your doors.

4) Your rear deck speakers are actually accessed under the plastic covers. Just pop'em off with a flat head screwdriver.
