will it fit on a ke-70 0r ke-35?

i was planning to change the orig 4k engine on the ke-70, i'm planning to mount a silvertop 20v since the distributor is at the back will it hit the firewall ? or do i have to make a hole? is it the same with the ke-35?
or should i go for an old 4age tvis bigport blue and black tops 3 ribbed block its more cheapper! btw how much hp do these guys give on stock? or slight mods intake and exhaust? will a set of twin solex44's and a 1 5/8 tosco exhaust add? more ponnies? what's the best yet practical set up? can any one suggest please help me on this im new to this.....

Do what everyone does on their AE86s or their TE's, bang the firewall OR cut it.... OR better yet, get a dizzy relocation kit.
