I need a belt for my car (85 corolla) I found this.

I found this post of a member bought it and say it does not work well.
OEM Seatbelt Replacement?

Does anyone know what to do.. I am tired of going buying used one of the same age, it's got the same problem (does not lock up reliably)

Not sure why 1 belt fits all years of corolla, maybe I can get a junkyard belt from newer year corolla also?

yes, get the whole assembly from a newer Toyota including the buckles and they should work.

My brother broke the outer housing off of the seatbelt latch so its a real pain to buckle sometimes. I about got pissed and just buckled it to the passenger side latch but decided to fididdle with it a little more until it finally buckled.
