4A-GE 20v Silvertop problem

ok so heres what im working with. not sure what year but i know its a 4age 20v silvertop. it is turbo'd timing marks are all right distributor is set right now at 12 deg. my idle is about 800rpms. my questions are whats is the recomended voltage from the tps with an idle off 800rpms and also is my timing with the distributor right. there is no iscv on this motor. it was running fine until i got ahold of it. now im just trying to get it running good again.

my symptoms:
idle is fine. but when i give it gas it hesitates and once it passes the hesitation its alright. it also hesitates if i give it WOT.

oh man, that is the cleanest paseo i have ever seen in my life. serious kudos for that, now that 3sgte powered paseo i saw back in 99 is second in my book now, haha u remeber in fast and the furious the first one, wells johnny tran taht vietnamese guy had a red paseo in his garage. lol i just thought about that when i saw ur paseo on ur myspace.
