Just wondering who has the highest mileage on their Corolla?
Original engines please. I know most folks here swap. And of course original engine in same car. Some of you might get all smart.
Our 1992 DX (ae92) is just nearing 210,000 miles. Originally bought with 185,000. This is the highest mileage car we've ever owned in our family so far.
my firend's '92 tercel have almost 400 000km on it
iprobably have, here in the forum, the lowest milage on the older car, my '77 'rolla only have 72,000 miles, i got it 3 years ago with only 59,000 miles, original engine still running pretty strong!

I know out west somepalce there was a Toyota Dealer who boguht a Corolla off an old lady that had a million kilometeres on it..they gave her a new one in trade and were to use her for dvertising purposes. Atleast I'm qutie sure.
Going on 186,000 on the 88 C-Rolla. Got it in January with 167,215, and I haven't driven it since Mid-April. Add that up and it comes to about 6,000 miles per month.
77 Datsun 280Z has 82,000 original miles on it, and my 89 240SX Nissan is going on 126,000.

I had heard something about that. It was an older lady who had like an early or mid 80's toyota, might have been late 70's, (I think it actually might have been a Camry, but I'm not sure) That had like 999,XXX on the odometer, and then Toyota gave her a brand new one for it. Supposedly the car was still running really well, too.

my 4afe had about 130,000 miles on it before the HG went (roughly 50,000 miles of not easy driving) and i decided the 4afe wasn't worth anything anymore

Interesting replies. I think our car is now in 3rd place
Now, how about: who has the most mileage on their Corolla--regardless of originality of engine and/or transmission? How many miles on original engine/tranny before rebuild?
Edit: Rebuilt or swapped engine, who now has the most mileage?
