I disagree with the "ricey" comment. I think it makes the Toyota 6 cylinder sound decent, and I get compliments on it. Know what you're getting: It's not going to have an American 8 cylinder dual exhaust sound. I got mine (x2: 1- FJ Cruiser, 1- 06 PreRunner) knowing the performance gain, if any, was minimal and up for debate. I like the fact that it is a factory option. If you take into consideration the above & depending on your negotiated purchase price, ordering the FJC with the TRD Exhaust can be considering a good financial purchase. Good luck.
