Walk back there. I do. At my dealership there is a smoking area behind the shop. This is where the salesmen smoke. The door is open to the shop there...I always take a "walk through"...hehe Plus they have got to know me for my generousity. (I have given them all sorts of imported chocolates). They know my car from sight and they also know I am fair but ANAL.
