thanks for the help guys.. i had a closer look at the springs today, and they really dont look like they are going to fit anyway. the stock springs have a really wide diameter, but the ones i was looking at putting in, have a really thin diameter. Does this make a difference? I assume it does. If it is any help, i got them from a friend who had them on a 89 honda prelude.

Springs are made for specific models, you can't swap them around. So no prelude springs won't fit a corolla
