If the 2007 Camry needed premium only it would be clearly stated in the owners manual.

For example, check out several "high performance" cars like the Mustang Cobra, which requires 91 octane, there's no mistake about what the owners manual says.

My 2007 XLE V-6 runs perfectly on regular octane and I have no intention of wasting my money on premium fuel when it's not required.
