Thanx for that tip, i'll wet it in a few and see how it turns out. I just don't have a buffer or anything to work it in enough. So you can see the wax not blended in.

It was from bugs where the acid burned off the paint

I didn't know how to properly wash it so I chipped it up. Also, the cement trucks threw a ton of rocks at it too .

I'm not sure if it's those kind of swirls. I only see it when i'm using a wax or something. It's when I can't work it in enough so that it disappears completely.
