The progress has been slower than most anticipated or wished for, but we
are not robots and neither are they, the terrorists.

Take the weather for example, we can forecast ahead for a number of
days, maybe a week, but ma nature has a way of proving us wrong. It's
called science, but it's more like art, LOL.
