My car had the same problem, and since I am in the car audio business I decided to takle this one myself... one problem was that the fact harness wires were up against the radio which would let it slide all the way in, second four 10mm bolts hold the screw on the botton, and I bet the dealership just set the radio in there and tightened them, but what I did is simple, just push up the radio assembly untill it looks good, them just tightent the four 10mm bolts and it looks waaaay better.... may wanna c if they want to try that
