Then why round rather than warhead-shaped balloons used as decoys? Why
were transpondors placed on the decoys? It makes sense to place
transpondors only on the actual target warheads, and then only during
early testing, when the homing system isn't being evaluated yet.
You're naive to think weapons tests aren't rigged. It's done all the
time, and the results can be hidden in plain sight because flaws are
rarely obvious, except to experts very familiar with the technology.
