I have used them. They usually hurt the bass response actually. When you use them you are basically placing the speaker in a small enclosure, which can decrease excursion. I usually just cut the baffles in half and use them like a moisture shield to protect the rear of the speaker, when water gets through the window seal and drips inside the door.



It's better to just let your speakers use the interior of the door or trunk as an enclosure.
