Angry My Hachi got hit today

So I'm driving along North Queen (near Kipling) with my woman today and some old senile bitch turns left in front of me and smokes my car. It completely f*cked up my front fender, bumpers, headlight and hood. Worst of all when I opened the hood I found the metal piece that runs across the car (the one the radiator is connected to ) is bent. Is this a structural piece?

It was totally the other drivers fault and there where witness's to back me up. I don't know what going to happen now because the damages were estimated at $2600. The other drivers insurance will have to pay but will they pay to fix my car or will they just write it off and cut me a cheque for the blue book value of the car? That would mega suck because from what I understand, the blue book value of a hachi is only about $1200. ARGHHHHHHH!!!

The worst part is I just got an alignment done today
