I don't have an FJ but I do have one of the brochures on the 2007 FJ Cruiser. On the page where it shows the colours, it has 2JV (8T6) Voodoo Blue under the colour picture. This would seem to indicate that both codes are the same. I know that here in Canada you can get a colour pen for the Toyota vehicles. One end has the paint and the other is the clearcoat. I automatically picked one up for the '02 Highlander i had and for the '06 that I have now....just in case! Hope this helps.
