That's interesting info. Are Goodyears that bad? I bought some last year from Wal-mart (when cars were super new to me). They are Goodyear Viva Touring (70,000 mile warranty). I got em because they had good reviews. Haven't really tried any maneuvers in inclement weather but they are much more quieter than my badly worn stock tires. I usually drive a lot more carefully when the road is wet.
