Hi Guys,

Got an '89 AE95 in Western Australia, just has a jap import 4afe put in after 400K klms. Gearbox needed a new syncro in fith but other than that there has been no issues till the engine blew a head and some minor wheel bearing damage (not bad for the high klms's).

I've had a lot of trouble finding a manual for this model, anyone with a PDF would be helpfull!

I am about to change the steering rack internal bush to stop a repeat of the recent wheel bearing damage, dam things are expensive.

Anyone ever changed a internal Steering Rack Bush??

I want to try to get the old bush out and replaced without removing the entire rack, not sure if it is possible, but will give it a try.

From experiance over a number of years, these cars can handle the snow, sand and the occassional creek crossing (just be careful to let the brake disks cool off - lernt the wrong way!).
