Re: Scion xB to be discontinued?

I think it was "Wickeddoll®" <wickeddoll1958diespammersdie@yahoo.com>
who stated in reference to my beloved xB:

>I think of *you* every time I see that hideous thing.

Why THANK you! It's nice to be thought of!!

>I keep trying to figure out what you see in it.

OK, there are a couple of approaches I could take:

1) To paraphrase Louis Armstrong, if you have to ask what I see in it
you'll never know.

2) It's CUTE . . . in a homely (not "ugly" and there is a difference)
sort of way.

But those aren't really good answers.

I didn't actually think too much of the xB until I sat in one and took
it for a test drive. Then I was hooked, in spite of how it looks,
'cause it's so PRACTICAL. It's tiny on the outside and HUGE on the
inside and it was CHEAP; only 15K bux, and it gets pretty good gas
mileage, and it's a HOOT to drive. The last car that I had that could
claim that was my '76 VW Rabbit, but the xB has it ALL OVER the Rabbit
in reliability -- it IS a Toyota, after all . . . !

I have NO regrets about buying this car, and it's extremely rare for
me to say something like that about a car.

Politics, of course! Aren't you following the ads on TV?? It's, like,
something you HAVE to say!!
