You wont get all the oil out if you jack the front of the car up, just a little tip. If you look at it, the oil plug IS the lowest part, atleast thats how its on my car.

And half of the oil with the contaminants is in the head area, plus you'll burn yourself with the hot oil... The particles are most likely gonna be lighter than the oil, so they'd float in it, its not like you're gonna have sand or metal chunks in it.
