Also going along with what you said the Yaris is positioned in N/A as a entry level car and to get it that way they had to strip it (to make a profit on a already low profit margin car and to be cost effective), at least from my understanding. Where's in Europe small cars rule and premium sub-compacts and compacts are the name of the game...if we start getting that stuff over here people will start bitching about how we have to pay around or above 20k for a "sub-compact." Besides the Corolla although not a "sub" compact its positioned in this market (U.S.) as a premium compact. But as time goes on Toyota might start to add stuff to the Yaris. We'll see!
