The proliferation of nuclear arms is a big problem and has been talked
about for decades. It is not a new problem nor is it an exclusive
problem of president Clinton or president Bush, or any other president,
it is a problem of the entire world. Renegade states like NK makes the
whole scenario very dangerous. NK refuses to join the international
community thereby making them isolated and unapproachable, an even more
precarious situation.
