Yeah can't really fault mechanics. They're not going to log onto TN just to ask a question. Tho I have been asked in private by 2-3 Lexus dealers on the Lexus forums how to deal with the most random crap ever LoL! The best was when they were just "playing" with an ES 250 this one time & let the AFM cog spin way out. That was crazy. Them damned dealer techs! The service manager was pissed when I finally figured out what the problem was LoL!
