Here are some very crappy resolution pics of my new car (Sorry, cell phone pics). I picked it up on Tuesday. I will post better pics when I get the time (the car is already full of dirt and road salt)...It's the Canadian Corolla S with "Moonroof" (it comes with the alloys) - I hear the US one comes with hubcaps....
So far from driving it for 2 days, I absolutely love it!
whoa nice! I'm guessing the fogs are 9006 and the headlights are H11?
How's the glare?
And.. there are a lotta blue Corollas in this thread
Blue 'rollas are popping up everywhere!! Anyway, fog light is H11 and 9006 is for the low-beam (high-beam=9005).
I'm gonna try 4300K later on...5000K's still too blue for me. As for the glare, I'm gonna post some photos later on...I'm really hoping that there'll be projector headlight for purchase on eBay soon...
As of today, it's still rare to see the new 'rolla on the road...So far, I have only come across about 7 or 8...

I've seen 2 on the road, one LE and one CE. Haven't seen an S or XRS yet, though there was a guy on the lot with a blue XRS but it was parked, so it doesn't count .
I think blue will probably be a pretty popular colour, I like the blue, love the black though .
I'm one of a hand full people in the whole state of Alaska who has a new 09 Corolla... I've never seen any on the road and I feel uber special Just got my a 35% tint on my windows yesterday... Now I'm just waiting for my HIDS!
Well at the moment my car has the steel rims with the cheesy hubcaps with the stock tires. We're having an early spring up here so I don't have them now... I'm sure that by fall I'll buy a new set of tires. So overall yes I will have studded tires, they're almost a necessity up here especially if you don't have 4WD or AWD.

ahh ok lol. Oops. 9006. So it's the same bulb as the Gen 5 Camry's low beam and the same bulb as my fogs. .
Cool. Cause I've seen some nicely done HID kits and some horribly done one that are too blue or just throw light everywhere and blind me.

Maybe someone can take a picture of that modded XRS at the Auto Show? I would've taken it but my camera was stolen at the auto show >.<.
It was a black XRS with black 18" alloys, Toyota nav, TRD shift knob (manual), leather seats, TRD embossed on the seatback and IIRC red stitching. It also has some weird pin stripe that says Corolla RS near the rear fenders at window sill level/height.

Hey buddy, it's a really nice ride you've there. It's also good that you guys get good weather down there so it stays shiny for a longer period of time
