So do you plan on raising up and down with the changes of each season in Winterpeg? That is a lot of $$ for wheel alignments each fall...unless you plan on storing it.

Jayel-

BCs will be all you need, make sure you get the extreme drop kit and the right spring rates (i use 8k/6k in the front/rear/).

Check out the spring/coilover thread, give it a good read and you will grab lots of useful information!

If you are really slamming it you may want a bit stiffer, but then again, that's your call so def read up. Doing the install is pretty simple too, especially if you need to make any adjustments in the future. There is a great writeup on how to do it in the DIY section (its for springs but its the same deal).

You may also need to roll your fenders depending on your wheels/tires....

Make sure you read up on driving a slammed car too. Angles will be your new best friend....you may knock you rear bumper partially loose a few times if you dont haha (don't worry it pops right back in).

How do you angle over a speedbump if its straight infront of you? I understand angles in like driveways, but not speedbumps.

The wheels my friend, the wheels. Angle by how the wheels go over.

So just as you're starting to go over, crank it one way or the other? It doesn't need to be a big turn?

There's nothing you can do for speed bumps, except for SLOW WAY DOWN you don't want your underside smacking the speed bump after the front wheels go over it.

This right here is what you need. Get the custom spring rates (I've got 14/12 on my IS) and the extreme drop kit. This will allow you to go very low without bottoming out. I personally like the stiff ride.
