Just putting the finishing touches on the deal for my new black sand pearl 2009 AZE141 Corolla XRS. Hooray. I'll post pics when I actually take delivery, which I was hoping would be today, but I think no dice until tomorrow.

Your photos are great. I still don't know what color I want, though I ordered a blue (but I can still change it).

By the way, could you give me an idea of your mileage (combined driving) before your gas light comes on?

Are you using stock tires or something else?

Not a big fan of the interior (I like the red on black electronic optitron in the 2ZZ-GE XRS more).

Did you get it from Henninger, Stampeded or Canyon Creek???

Stampede. At the time (not sure if it is anymore) it was the only black XRS 5-speed in western Canada. Had a few other dealers that wanted to trade for it. I work there so I got my staff price on the car.

Any shots of the IP at night? It looks pretty sharp in the day time! Actually, any interior night shots (would love to see the illumination at night of the entire centre console).

One thing... ok two things actually to notice.

1. The engine's familiar to me (had an 02 CAmry with the 2AZ) but that long black pipe to the left of the engine is new

2. They changed the headlight stalk's shape and graphics.

I'll take a pic of the instrument panel at night some time when I have some time.

It looks pretty nice, I find the XRS Optitron looks quite a bit nicer than the LE/XLE one, don't like the lines around the numbers on the LE/XLE.

1. I assume you are talking about the A/C line running up and into the firewall? Where that is will be different for every vehicle, so I can't imagine it being in the same spot on a Camry.

2. Toyota: Moving Forward.

just curious, was your XRS made in Canada or in the US? All the ones that I've seen in the US are in fact made here at NUMMI, so I'm curious to know if the Canadian market XRS's are made at TMMC at all.

I want one. now. The 10th gen looks so damn good. And if i didnt see that KM/H, i would of thought the XRS could go 220. Nice one there buddy. Ill take your Supra if you dont need it anymore hehehe.
